Michelle Galimba is an agricultural entrepreneur running a successful 10,000-acre ranch operation with her brother in Ka`u. Like all agribusinesses, ranching is a complex operation that requires attention to detail because you are working with live inventory. Problem solving and having the agility to seize opportunities are also part of the entrepreneurial skillset.

Michelle has been a strong advocate for the betterment of her community and for Hawaii agriculture. She does all this while supporting her daughter now attending Harvard University as a single mother.

Her character, dedication to community and her unique skillset are needed to tackle complex issues.
